Starting with the shuttle. I waited 45 minutes on the sidewalk in the freezing cold. Entire place is filthy. Loud and noisy with people arguing right down at the front desk at 4am!! Phones in room don’t work if you have emergency. No elevator. I’m handicap and other traveler helped me with my luggage at the stairs.

They don't have an elevator, so if you aren't into stairs make sure they have an opening on the first floor.

Room was convenient, but lacked many items we are used to when we rent condos from our time share. The garbage disposal did not work, there were no towels of any kind, and there was very little silverware. Also, no pot holders, no cooking trays, and no glasses. Very poor kitchen for a full kitchen as advertised.

Bartender after 5 pm, think her name was Bee, i csnt remember but she was very rude and after a complaint to the front desk it looks like she got to keep her job. I stopped going to the pipers lounge after the way she treated people.and myself

The room was fine. Staff seemed annoyed that I had booked my reservation through Expedia and that it was an inconvenience for them to select me a room. It was Christmas too and I don't think they were too happy about working, The on site restaurant was closed and they could not offer any dining suggestions. I would not choose to stay with them in the future.

My stay started off with issues, not from the hotel, but from my personal issues with my credit card> Jen as the front desk was very patient and as helpful as she could be. She saw my frustration with my issues, but was kind enough to ask her boss to wave needing a card on file. Her kindness and her bosses was way above what that had to do, and for that I am very thankful. I travel often and will stay here from now on because of their kindness. They demonstrated kindness that they didn't have too and I will forever be thankful.....especially for Jen. God Bless you
