It is a very nice hotel. The only issue I will note is the showers. The water pressure and hot water were extremely hit or miss. The hotel was clean though and the staff was nice. Location is amazing to downtown and restaurants and shops. Overall I would most likely stay there again.

Clean rooms fully stocked. Bathroom and shower are huge! The very kind gentleman that checked us in was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even texted me after we settled in to ensure everything was up to our satisfaction. Very impressed! The “pantry” in the lobby is very well stocked and this property also offers a buffet breakfast in the mornings, check out at noon, and a roof top bar with music and seasonal events. We are very happy with our stay!

When we were checking the room before we left, I found dirty clothes from a previous guest behind the curtains … I let the front desk staff know immediately but I am quite disgusted at what else may have been dirty … and very disappointed

The staff upon arrival was pleasant and helpful. I liked them texting to see if we needed anything, because we did and this was better than calling down to request things. There was a hotel shuttle that we used on several occasions to the restaurants, that was an unexpected perk. Food at the Pillar was not that good, reason for 4 stars.

First let me say this hotel is is centrally located for many of the sights in the Ashville area. The hotel has s nice breakfast buffet or you can order off the menu for your morning fare. The restaurant on top was nice but does have a somewhat limited menu. Our room had double king beds, they were very comfortable and so were the pillows. One complaint I had was that there was not another mirror over the dresser so that we were not walking over each other in the bathroom.
