When I first checked in I was sent to my room on the fourth floor. When I got on the elevator I noticed that the elevator was extremely dirty and inspection date was expired. When I hit the fourth floor all I smelled was cigarette smoke in the hallway. The actual room was Smokey and DIRTY! I went back to the front desh and told the man at the front desk I CANNOT STAY IN THAT ROOM! I wanted to check out and I wanted my money. He offered another room and said it was much better. I walked in the room on the 3rd floor. It didn’t smell like smoke and I said ok It’s only for 1 night. As I put my purse down the phone rang on the nightstand I answered and the whole Jack fell out of the phone. It was BROKE! I turned the tv on it had lines going thru it with NO PICTURE! A total nightmare!!!! This hotel was the cheapest around and like they always say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Zero Stars!

Had a pipe bust in my home. Needed a place for the night, water turned off. Was willing to try another chain of hotels. Overall stay was okay. Dislike smoke smell. Placed in a room that reeked of smoke. This wasn’t pleasant. That day and night before was full and didn’t feel like changing.

First, let me start by saying you're advertising new rooms, there was nothing new about the room. Everything was outdated the room smelled old and dirty! The ceiling, the floor, the bathroom everything is dirty!! Housekeeping never cleaned the room. They left trash on the floor. Only thing they did was put new towels in the bathroom, never made the beds never vacuumed the carpet! There is a big dirt ring on the rug as you come in the room! The carpet can use a deep cleaning ! The bathroom was never cleaned,the toilet & tub still had hair in it also on the bathroom floor, Nothing was ever replenished the toilet tissue, the box of tissue the cups to make coffee or tea ,soap to wash your hands! There's black mold in the bathroom ceiling! Holes in the walls ! The ironing board doesn't fold down the iron leaks water all over my clothes 😡 It was just a horrible experience. The room is & your hotel is just Dirty & Disgusting, and the elevators need updated inspection certificates!! This place needs to be reported to the board of health & OSHA Never staying here again or recommending anyone to book here !! They also text me saying that if i needed anything to text the number, I text the number letting them know the room was cold, heat wasn’t working properly and more blankets were needed! They never replied back .. Worst establishment I’ve ever booked!!!

The hotel looked nice but once we got in our room the tub and toilet was dirty and the water for the shower would not get hot so we took cold showers and the tv was messing up.

This hotel gives more of a motel 6 feel...Our first room smelled of smoke, the bathroom toilet had urine in. The second room they moved us to the tub had a dirt ring around it and hair on the bathroom counter and on the bed spread. I immediately told them I would not be staying and asked for a refund they refused a full refund and charged me for a night stay.
