It was fair, clean, not busy.

My husband and I traveled to ATL from South AL for a small getaway for both of our birthday's. All and all the hotel stay was fair! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Heads up there is a $60/Day valet, with no other option of parking so you HAVE to use valet. I did know this before the trip but still worth noting we spent $120 on parking alone. I do recommend calling ahead of time, the valet was never busy but was in no hurry to bring around our vehicle. Another thing to note, house keeping is not included in the stay, if you'd like fresh towels or your bed made there is a charge., which was absurd to me. Upon check-in you're charged $100 per day for incidentals. It cost us almost $700 upon arrival and then when we checked out we we're then charged the actual price of our stay, Room, services, valet, so it actually costed over $1200 to stay TWO nights in a King room. We will receive the first charge of $700 which was only a hold but will take OVER a WEEK to receive.. but We did enjoy the room and it was close to multiple attractions.

Great location but that's about it. Not family friendly. Dining: Booked the hotel with breakfast included. Went to breakfast, the hostess didn't know anything about all inclusive as they were a la carte then when we asked for crayons as we had two children , she looked lost. The server forgot our toast and orange juice and the food took 45 minutes. Food was cold and later I spoke with a manager MJ which was very apologetic and offered us to dine at another restaurant which we did later. The second restaurant the Score I think it was called was very basic and not worth the money. The room: The room we booked was the premier with 2 queen beds. The pillows were the worst ever and the bed was super small. More like a full or twin. Pool was not family friendly at very run down I would put this hotel on the level or a glorified Motel and would not recommend or stay at an Omni again. Needs a huge facelift

Anytime I stay in Atlanta I will stay at Omni. People there are outstanding! 💯 My little brother lived there for 30 years. He has a 27-year-old son who uses a wheelchair. One of the staff went downstairs met him his son his grandson and his wife and provided top notch assistant to them. Brought them up to the room where they enjoyed the view of the sleep. This is going above and beyond good service it's outstanding service! And for the next 30 years every time I go to Atlanta I will be staying at the Omni hotel. Thank you for looking out for my little brother! Love you for that.

We stayed here for the Atlanta Hawks game and the convenience to the arena and the valet parking was very nice. When we got our room the toliet didn’t work and there was trays left behind from the previous person. The lady at the front desk said she would have someone look at fixing it so we wouldn’t have to switch rooms. When we got back it looked like no one came in to fix anything. I went back to the front desk and told them about that and they did give us a new room which I appreciated. I was just expecting a bit more since it was a more expensive hotel as far as cleanliness and the amenities working.
