Hotel was beautiful. Loved the room. Super nice staff. The cold water was not cold, brushed our teeth with warm/hot water. The tub was clogged. We loved everything else about the hotel. Lots of places in the room and in the lobby for meeting with family/friends/business. Breakfast was pretty good... lots of choices. I never love paying for parking but - knew that up front.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Sheraton Galleria. Great location right across the street from The Battery. Next door to Cumberland Mall; right off the expressway. Great hot breakfast too. Friendly staff and ample parking. Clean rooms and fast elevators. Pool area could use some updating and a deep clean. I would stay here again.

Loved the location of the property super close to the braves stadium where we were able to walk to the game. Pedestrian bridge was closed but still worked out! Hotel was clean and room was in perfect condition. Only gave 4 stars because although they have plenty of breakfast options food was ok, and wish they had bacon instead of just the sausage links lol. However, it’s included with stay so that’s a win. I went to the gym it was clean, and I thought the pool area was nice and cozy. I would definitely stay again.

The property was in an excellent location for the weekend. The check-in process was seamless, and the representative was so friendly and helpful. The next day, Mr. Francis was very knowledgeable, nice, and pleasant. His family had the last name Best, and he referenced my last name with his family's last name. I was very amazed at the similarity we shared. The room was very clean and had a fresh smell. I especially loved the bottles of body wash and lotion. I would love to purchase some for my home. The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff was outstanding. My stay was very accommodating and comfortable.

Great place, steps from Galleria Parkway.

Love this hotel, stay every year for Braves home opener. Love the upgraded lobby/bar/restaurant space and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. My only gripe was out of the hotel’s control, the walkway bridge that connects to the battery closed we hear a couple days before opening day, probably not the best time to close a walking bridge with the home opener coming up. Surely whatever maintenance needed to happen would/should be scheduled during the few months prior? The hotel did a great job communicating the alternatives to getting to stadium/battery, but really wished we’d know before booking about the bridge closure.

A great place. It's a little loud because of interstate traffic but the convenience to so many places makes up for it exponentially. After all, you can't expect to be close to everything without a little noise can you?
