The hotel was nice but they made us wait an hour past check in and after driving for 5 hours , it was a little frustrating. The reason they gave was because they had a lot of VIP's which makes you feel like an unimportant person but that's the only complaint. If there going to make you wait after check in, they should offer you free game play or something without having to complain or yell at someone.

Other than an open bottle of wine in the fridge, and an unknown pill on the counter next to the hair dryer, the room was nice. It made it seem like the room was NOT thoroughly cleaned b4 we arrived.

I reserved a king size bed , apond check in i was told there was no king size that should have been explained prior to check in. I received some money back for the inconvenience, but this seems like every time this takes place when i do this resort .
