The hotel used to be so clean and smells good but now, the smell of cigarette is so strong. Also, I should have taken a picture of our toilet bowl but it seems like it wasnt cleaned because there were “splashes” of what appears to be like stool . (my cellphone was dead at that time so I wasnt able to take a picture.

My room was listed as non-smoking. But every time we entered thats allwe could smell. The boardwalk had a lot of homeless in the area. Food was expensive everywhere. .

Was not forewarned about the $130 property usage fee prior to arriving that I would not be using any of the amenities for since I was only there for a concert, ran out of hot water in the shower. All of were separated in different towers which made it very inconvenient,

Overall the Hotel was nice. The walk from the North tower wasn't as bad as some reviews. Our room view from NT ocean view was ok. Not at all the view I was hoping for. Room was a bit worn. Sinks very slow draining. Shower good pressure and hot. Staff was great. Friendly. Machines so-so. Plenty of options to choose from for food. Prices very high as expected. Being the 7th casino we have visited in the last 6 months. I would rate this one a 7/10.
