I like the area for walks. I liked having a kitchen and a fireplace. The kitchen could be better stocked. I wish there were security cameras in the pool area. Restaurant prices could be more flexible (have lower prices for cheese pizzas). Restaurant service was good tho! We went twice I requested a room away from sounds (away from a parking garage doors etc) The room placement they gave us was great. However, I am sensitive to noise, and that dang fridge in our room had a constant high-pitched ringing and buzzing sound which impacted the level of peace and quiet I needed at times, leaving me to relax in the bedroom with the door shut instead of in the living room. I probably could have said something to the people who worked there but I had already requested a quiet room and I did not want to be too much, plus I had already complained about a naked man in the pool area which my young daughter unfortunately saw. I took my daughter here for her 12th birthday as I thought it would be a fun and relaxing time for the both of us while I was trying to recover from health challenges and autistic burnout . We got to enjoy the pool once but I did not feel comfortable going again and risk seeing that man. The shuttle service is great, however I do wish there was some more times in the morning and mid-afternoon. The workers were pleasant! They gave us a welcome gift in our room for my daughter’s birthday which made her very happy. Thank you, that was a lovely thing to do!

We rented 2 bedroom condo and it was a good space, we enjoyed the fireplace and the firewood that smelled so nice. In the morning we had a surprise show from probably 100 elks.

Friendly helpful staff. Location is away from town but nice if looking for peaceful get away and shuttle into town making it accessible. Great amenities : pool, hot tub, squash courts which the kids loved. Rented 2 bedroom condo lots of room and convenient but do for a refresh.

Staff people are nice and ploite, but the place don't deserve the money I'd paid. Cleaning and furnitures aren't good, swimming pool too small and crowded, gym has only one treadmill, so people have to wait for their turn, there is a long walking distance outside between rooms and facilities. All photos we see on the media are not even close to realty. It was overpriced

We were very surprised with the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, staff was polite and helpful, ample parking available through the hotel grounds. Breakfast was simple but good. Would recommend.

The room was all redone really nice but the pool area could use an update but was clean and the hot tubs were working. We got a room at the back of the property and it was so quiet the curtains are blackout and don’t let any light through we would stay here again. Reasonable price too!

Great stay. Condos were clean and had all the amenities you need. However upstairs neighbours were quite loud. Sound travels quite clearly between units. Restaurant food was ok. Better off bringing your own to cook in the unit kitchens. Shuttle to downtown is frequent and easy to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
