Unit was big, kitchen and utensils available for use. Being cat-friendly is a big deal. My cat was welcomed with her own mat and toy. She was very happy. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is surrounded by Nature. Rooms are huge with 2 queen beds for 4. Clean. Quiet area, peaceful. Close to Hoodoos lookout. Beautiful scenery at Hoodoos area.

Overall it is a pleasant stay! There are a lots to do inside the resort: gym, swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, squash, etc. It is a nice resort. It is a bit of distance from the Banff shopping area and the resort do provide free shuttle. The resort is quite dated but is clean and have everything that we need during the stay. The staff are very helpful too!

We absolutely loved our short stay at the Banff Rocky Mountain Resort. The room was huge and perfect for our family of 5, and the check in proces was efficient and convenient. There were only a few negatives, the staff called us a couple hours after our late check-in to make sure everything was good, while we appreciate the gesture, we had just gotten the baby to sleep so it was not a great time (after 9p.m) The sheets didnt smell dirty but smelled old? Im not sure how to describe it. Otherwise everything was clean.The pool is quite outdated and the life jackets available were not in great condition. Overall though, we very much enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Front desk staff very friendly. Easy smile upon greeting. Room had 1 queen + sofa bed with wood burning fireplace and full kitchen. Kitchen lacked pots and pans and basic utensils (i.e. spatula). Washroom is not claustrophobic in size. Rooms seem to be newly renovated. Amenities include pet friendly restautant with outdoor patio, 2 squash courts, gym, indoor pool/ sauna and outdoor tennis/ basketball court. Hotel is East of the Banff center by about 5min drive. Included is a regular hotel shuttle bus that takes you to/from Banff. Only issue is the price of the onsite restaurant. It is a but pricey but the service was good and quality of food was decent. Would recommend and stay here again.
