First room they gave me had used tissues around the place… gross. Second room they gave me had bedbugs. I get it, staff will think you’re a nuisance if you keep complaining but what else should I do? Clean your rooms properly.

I enjoyed my stay at the Jasmine Resort and already booked two more stays at the hotel for a future trip to Bangkok. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The entrance to the Phra Khanong BTS Line is seconds away from the hotel's main entrance; good to have when it is raining. The property is in good condition, but you can tell the age of the place (e.g., the room bathroom could do for a remodel). I like it that the toilet has a dual toilet seat bidet and a hand held spray bidet. The staff was amazing and was ready to assist and very helpful. Some of the standard room accessories (e.g., iron and ironing board, dish soap and scubber, and kitchen knife) were missing upon check-in, but the staff replaced the items very quickly upon request. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel. There is a drug store and convenience store seconds away from the main entrance.

Solid hotel for long stays right next to a train.

Hotel was clean, well designed, and had laundry facilities. If it was any closer to the train station it would have to be in it. The pool was nice, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and the rooms were ginormous. Only complaint is that the neighborhood id a bit bland. There's a couple nice hawker centers within walking distance for food, but pretty much anywhere else you're gonna need a taxi or a train. Luckily the train station is basically in the front parking lot.

A convenient family-friendly place to stay

Overall, our stay at the Jasmin Resort hotel was good. The staff were friendly, breakfast had variety and the rooms were large. It’s conveniently placed for the BTS transit system and was priced very well through hotels.com The hotel loses a few points for me through a few small aspects such as very firm beds and really badly designed sink taps (that you can’t turn with wet hands). Overall, I’d possibly stay again as there was enough done well to make it work.

Loved my stay here. Small hiccup at the beginning but the lovely ladies at the front desk fixed it. Close to everything (711, dentist, walking streets, laundry, BTS) honestly amazing location and great hotel. Wish their breakfast options were a bit more varied but that’s it.

I have stayed in Jasmine Resort for multiple times, and I will stay here again whenever in Bangkok. Hotel is clean and well maintained, though you can see a bit of wear and tear here and there. The staff is friendly, helpful and overall amazing. I’m always welcomed back here with smiles and. Hotel has a nice outside pool, Spa with hot pool and a gym. They are not the biggest ones, but got their job done nicely at least for my needs. Hotel is located next to always busy Sukhumvit road and it easy to get to anywhere in the city from the hotel. Nearest BTS station is just next to hotel which is a great plus. You can find many massage places, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is also small convenience store just outside of the lobby. Ekkamai Gateway shopping centre is also close. For those who want to practice golf swing, 42 Tee-Off driving range is just a short walking distance away.
