Very good place to stay in the heart of Bangkok. Close to shopping, netro and lots of nearby dining options. Guest Experiecne Manager, Sonyz, is very friendy and helpful as are all the staff at this hotel. Rooftop pool is very relazing.

My wife lost her iPhone in a grab driver car and the hotel was amazing to help her locate it and send it to America. they went above and beyond with world class service. Also, the food is amazing, i miss the breakfast buffet and the Chef making our omelets from scratch. Tia and Ploy were always helpful at the front desk and i will rent again at this hotel when i return next month, it goes without saying i highly recommend this hotel to future guest as the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and professional

Pleased that the hotel Is off the main road down the sou room was quiet but still walkable to all transportation. The staff here is world class, Tia and Ploy were always attentive to our needs at the reception desk and the service was so great i added addition days to my stay here and upgraded to the larger size junior suite which is huge with a beautiful view. The price is great for all the amenities you get: Gym, breakfast buffett, in room massages, conveniently located near terminal 21 shopping mall which is gorgeous and easy access to the Train system , taxis and tuk tuk drivers. Soi 18 is also located in the middle of the entertainment if you want to visit many popular tourist attractions. i will return again.

The room was ok but even though my booking said city view i end up with a room that faces the backyard of the next door condo. This time around bath towels looked abit sad n well worn, on the first day. The second day it was ok. Shower water is quite slow could it be the shower head needs cleaning? These are small hiccups but I hoped they do notice

Great hotel! Easy walk to the train station. The best part is they offer massage services to your room! The price is the same as the neighbouring massage parlours. After a long day of shopping my wife and I used to book an appointment and they came to our room. This was the stand out feature for us. It is our second time in this hotel and we will surely be back on our next trip too!
