I have stayed at this property more times that I can count and every time, it is wonderful. Surprisingly, this time, they hotel did not have my booking so I was a bit concerned when I arrived at 4:00am. They fixed the issue quickly. The women's bathroom off the lobby was also a problem - it only had one stall that worked and the bathroom smelled awful - like a major plumbing issue. The water in my room was also problematic - during the day, the shower was scalding hot so I couldn't shower. At night, it was barely warm. I love this hotel and will continue to stay there, but just some issues I noticed on this trip.

The towel has broken holes…..

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago , I can’t believe this I visit after 10 years . They give u all old towels with holes on it . Night front desk not very friendly when u just need help . Only most friendly and make u feel welcome are both concierge male staff . Very friendly and helpful

From the moment I arrived, I knew this hotel was something special. The concierge staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel welcome from the very first interaction. The check-in process was seamless, but the front desk staff was not as friendly as the concierge desk. The room was immaculate—beautiful designed, the temperature of the hot water was amazing, comfortable, and equipped with every amenity I could possibly need. The hotel’s facilities were just as impressive. The roof top pool provided a perfect escape. The breakfast brunch was tasty. The fact of having a masseuse come into your room was definitely a plus! Oh and happy hour daily!!! Conveniently located near everything within walking distance or 5 to 15 minutes drive via tuk tuk, my favorite. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but this one stands out. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service so perfectly. I can’t wait to return—and I’ll be recommending this gem to all my friends and family.

All was well with the hotel with the exception of paying for the room with a view which turned out to be a hotel being remodeled next door under very dirty construction standards. that was not what I paid for. The staff and the food were excellent location good with the exception of trying to find it as they took down the street sign of the hotel I mentioned it to the staff and they said they have tried to get management to put the sign back up but no luck.

The hotel is a little dated by Thai standards. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, which is a bonus. However the air conditioning in my room was turning on and off intermittently and it was very noisy every time it came on. It was either very cold or warm, nothing really in between. There were also mosquitoes in the room. The sheets felt like they were never completely dry. You could hear people in the hallways, especially the cleaning staff who liked to have long conversations outside the room. The soap bottle in the shower was empty upon checking in and was never refilled, despite the room being made up daily. This room also had something that I don’t like in hotels across Asia, a showered with a big window that overlooks the bed. The see through blind that was supposed to provide privacy was inadequate. The rooftop pool and bar area was very nice and the location of the hotel itself was decent with a few nice restaurants and massage shops nearby.

Being a regular for this hotel for few years now, can assure you this is not the same hotel anymore. Staff has changed over years for worse and they don’t care if you a regular customer or not. No smiles anymore, no service we use to get here. Probably my last stay here and won’t be returning as there is shortage of hotels within this price range in this area. Rembrandt and Maitria(both next door) are much better with service. So if you value better service, save urself the hassle and choose the other hotels
