Overall, for the day before traveling, to be closed by airport, I do recommend this property. Unfortunately there are no elevator to taking your luggage to second floor or third floor. That was a big problem. Staff was friendly and very nice even to help me to change my type of room without charging me.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the airport. I appreciated the shuttle bus service, which, at only ฿100 (approximately $3), was a much more convenient and hassle-free alternative to a taxi. The on-site restaurants were also excellent. Furthermore, I particularly liked the secure elevator access, which required a guest keycard, ensuring only registered guests could use it."

Adequate for 1 nite

Room was fine. Had nice size fridge. Clean. Quiet. upon entry to our room it had a sewage smell coming in . Once via when room air conditioning was on.. we told bellboy and they brought us up room deodorizer.. let us spray room but took spray back. Overnight when vent in bathroom was on smell was back.

This was my second stay at this hotel. My first stay was very nice. My room was on the checkin side of the hotel. On this stay my room was on the opposite side and my room was dated and had a view of a metal roof from another building. I won't feel I got the value for my money and I was not happy.

Hotel was very noisy due to the opening of the new runway at BKK but to be fair the hotel was having additional double glazing fitted to hopefully reduce the plane noise. Location is great for airport stopovers and staff are very helpful

Spacious hotel with very kind staff. We were so thankful to be able to check in early, extra fee was well worth it as we were exhausted from the 16.5hr long flight. Clean room with comfy bed over looking the pool along with reasonably priced shuttle service made it worth the stay near Airport.
