Perfect location, friendly staff!

stayed in this hotel for 1 week. It is an easy 10 min walk from the hub of the city where you will find hundreds of restaurants, shops (mall of berlin) and sightseeing/tourist attractions! Hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! Only negative was that we had 4 people in a room and there was one double bed and a folded down sofa bed, meaning the room was extremely tight and no room for storage and suitcases! I shared the sofa bed with my friend and the whole week we got bitten (assumed they were mosquito bites at the time) however continued to get them once home, the bed had bed bugs! Not very happy and reported to the hotel but overall amazing stay!!

Sijainti oli hyvä. Lyhyt matka keskustaan. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Parantamisen varaa hieman siisteydessä. Jotkin paikat repsottivat, esimerkiksi lattiamatto ja suihku. Mukavuudesta mainittava, että huoneesta puuttui pieni jääkaappi ja sänky oli aika kova nukkua. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Gut gelegenes Hotel sehr Zentral

Haben vier Nächte im Hotel Fjord verbracht zwei Erwachsene und zwei Teenager. Super gelegen und sehr hilfsbereite und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war perfekt für alle was dabei dieses hotel hätte mehr als drei Sterne verdient. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden es sicher weiter empfehlen. R.W Schweiz
