The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety. Enjoyed the coffee bar as well. Upon check in, Christopher was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Hotel. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and clean.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The co-working space and bar area was lovely - they offered free coffee in the mornings. For the price everything was great value for money, the room, cleanliness and convenience of being close to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Will be staying here again when in Berlin.

I ran into an issue at check in where they wanted to double charge me for the room. Once we sorted out, they tried saying I reserved a room with breakfast and it would cost me an additional 179 euro for my room. I showed my reservation showing that I didn’t reserve breakfast and that solved it. Moral of the story, keep your reservation email.
