The bed was awful. The minute you sat on it, there was a large crease. The mattress is very very well used to the point that it provides no support. The hotel was very nice and very quite and the breakfast was very good. I hate to give such a low score, but I went there to sleep and did not get a good night's sleep at all. In fact I barely slept and my back has been sore since.

We’ve stayed here before. It’s a good hotel, but could be better. The beds in our 2-queen room were quite hard, and uncomfortable. When we stayed before, we had a king room, and the bed was much better. The rooms are old, but have been updated. The mattresses weee in a zipped mattress protector, which I really appreciated. Good linens. The breakfast area was so dirty this time. Food all over the floor, counters had food spilled all over them, and 3 different office people appeared, looked at the mess and walked away with their coffee. No one seemed to be supervising the food, or dining area. There was plenty of food, and it was normal hotel fare- scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. There were also selections of cereal, and a waffle making area. When we checked out an hour later, nothing had changed in the dining area as far as cleanliness. The hotel could certainly do better, and appeared to have workers, although they were either sitting around, or walking around noticing the mess and choosing to do nothing about it. Workers upstairs on our floor were just sitting on the bench by the elevator chatting. Hope the hotel will do better and clean up its act!

Clean, nice hotel! Very comfortable ! Was shocked by the cost of snacks at the desk so to avoid sticker shock, I would bring some juices, waters drinks, and light snacks along with me next time.

The room was spacious, but you could tell it wasn't properly cleaned. Hair in the sheets, (multiple) boogers on the wall in the bathroom, and in very obvious places. I appreciate the disinfected remote, but that's the least of my worries when there are boogers on the wall and hair in my sheets For basic upkeep, there's no reason to have such a disgusting soap shelf. The plastic was cracked, stained and attempted to be caulked which then held onto mold. Then, part of the ceiling in the shower was crumbling. I understand that these hotels can't have the best of everything but these type of things just need to be replaced/ repaired. There is plenty of potential for this affordable hotel, but it's a bummer when you get stuck in a cruddy room and feel like you didn't want to touch anything.
