Probably the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I always bring my own bedding and pillows on the road and I was sure glad I did when we arrived at this S**t hole. The staff was at least pleasant, but the facilities were in condemnable conditions. I would recommend buying a tent and sleeping outside with the wildlife before I would tell someone to stay here. It was absolutely disgusting.
The ceiling was literally falling on us our entire stay. Asbestos anyone?!
Ceiling was falling apart and could tell they had used Killz to cover up all the mold that had collected over the years.
The tub had soap scum and stains all over it
It was like they hadn’t vacuumed in a year

We had alot of issues with dark brown water in sink and toilet, elevator shut down, bad tv,no phone to frt.desk,no heat,problem with extra blankets, no bath mat for old style tub,very slippery, no free breakfast as advertised, it's $10.It 3 rooms to get us settled, now the good, very good bed, staff was fantastic!! They are trying to make up for long over due maintenance and remodel . We are very easy going but this tested us on our get away trip.Not sure if we'll gamble on this location again but staff and location will weigh in on the next trip. Good luck and be patient if things aren't quite right at first, they will do they're best

The property had all the things my wife and I need when we travel -- clean room, reasonably safe neighborhood, walkable to downtown shopping and dining, pet friendly, friendly and helpful staff, safe onsite parking, quiet location, and affordable rates. Breakfast was free with the room (at least during our stay) and better than some more expensive hotels we've stayed in (many of which did not offer breakfast). The gym looked good although we did not have the opportunity to use it. There is some noticeable deferred maintenance, but none that adversely affected our stay. If you need amenities such as the pool, call in advance to see whether it will be available. For our non-luxurious needs, we would stay again without hesitation.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Although I felt the rooms were clean they were shabby and especially the woodwork/doors. We weee on the top floor, got in very latw on night of checkin so slept in a bit. They was some horrible occasional noise around 8am that seemed to come above us/roof? Sounded like dragging furniture. It was very loud and disturbing until it completely stppped around 8:20/8:30. check in/out staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel is dated and is in desperate need of a cosmetic face lift. The beds are comfortable. The staff needs to look more professional and presentable. There is occasionally questionable people hanging around the property which should be remedied by a security presence of some sort to make the guests feel safe and secure. The standard facilities like a pool and jacuzzi should be fixed to offer more of a positive experience. Over all the property just needs brought to date with its appearance.

The carpets were taped together, the rooms visibly had dust and dirt in all corners of the room. There is no working AC unit or temperature monitor in the rooms so when the rooms are hot there is no option than to open the sliding door all night long to cool the room down. The mini fridge in the room did not work and there were no outlets to even plug it into that weren’t in use by the TV. The tv remote barely worked after clicking the same buttons 15 times and rotating it in all directions of the Tav. The staff was super friendly and efficient with check in and out.

Last minute, well priced comfortable stay

It was comfortable and quiet. The front desk girl was very helpful and kind, and when my TV had an issue the maintenance man came to my room and fixed it even though he had clocked out for the evening. My room was clean. My room was 344 and the only criticism I might have would be a new shower head would make a huge difference in the experience. Very happy with my stay, I plan to stay again in the near future!
