Great location right on the beach (if you want to be amongst the bars, restaurants and shops of Station 2). The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The rooms were practical and very comfortable. We dined at the seafood buffet in the main restaurant - which was good and had a good variety of food choices. The lower pool was good for swimming and the upper pool was good for relaxing, having a drink or food and watching the beach. All the staff were very good - special mention to Je Ann & Hydai who were really good with us and the rest of the family. One minor comment was the small number of sunbeds available on the beach - however, it would be a shame to overload the beach with sunbeds...

No doubt this is the top place to stay in Boracay, sure it might be the more expensive option but the extra cost is well worth it. From the free lavish breakfast to the fast and efficient transport service to and from the airport, everything is guided. Theres always people to help carry and shuffle you from point to point allowing you to fully relax. The hotel staff is also very accommodating and friendly. A fantastic experience. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, room cleaning staff were excellent. Would highly recommend this place, our stay was perfect.

Great option that puts you in the heart of Boracay! The hotel is right on the beach front. Great amenities and ideal option if you just want a relaxing holiday chilling at the hotel and not having to go to far to get all you need. The pools are probably the highlight, though note if you have kids it is just one depth therefore kids won’t be able to play on their own. Rooms were great, shower had a bit of mold but given the climate makes sense. Overall a great place and itching to get back!

Generally, our stay at this property was ok. Yes, as often touted, the infinity pool was amazing. The property itself still looked relatively new and well-maintained. The biggest letdown for us was the breakfast buffet. It's just not up to par with those at this same price point. The dining area was relatively small (although there was the usual line at the entrance and we had to wait a few minutes, their table turnover was pretty quick), the food selection was not as varied as one would expect (and pretty much the same every day, at least during our stay), and the taste/flavor of most dishes was just plain and average. Nothing stood out (well, maybe their ube pandesal, but that's about it). There were two minor incidents that we experienced during our stay. First was when housekeeping staff rang the doorbell while we were sleeping (siesta) despite having the "Do Not Disturb" door light indicator turned on. The second was when we requested for a room cleaning. Housekeeping staff over the phone confirmed they'll send someone right away. We were gone for half a day, came back to our room, and it was not cleaned. These were not big issues for us, but thought maybe these need to be pointed out, particularly to the housekeeping department. There's always room for improvement. One last thing, the front desk person who assisted us during check out needs to pay attention to oral hygiene. It's a must for front desk staff.

Excellent pools and room decor

The pools and excellent room decor are a key selling point for this hotel. Location also close to everything. Transfer very smooth and organised so if you want a simple and stress free life, pay the extra! Service didn’t feel super personal at times but staff will be helpful.

We loved our stay here and would happily book to stay here again. The rooftop pool overlooking the beach was fantastic and the convenient location of the resort made it so easy to get around and enjoy Boracay's bustling beach front and D Mall area.

A very good hotel in the middle of White Beach. Close to all shopping, activities, nightlife the lot. The staff were friendly and attentive. The dining had a great variety options. Breakfast buffet was excellent as was the seafood buffet for dinner. The rooftop pool and bar was a great spot to watch the sunset. I can highly recommend

It is not a five star property not even close lucky to be a 3 star. go to the shanri-la in Boracay if you want to see 5 star. Service here was ok but sometimes made things difficult. could not even work out a transfer between 2 hotels in the same group. no one wanted to deal with it. The only people who did was head office but only opened from 9 - 5 Monday to Friday. Beautiful spot but that could be said for all the hotels in that areas anf there was at least 4 other Hennans that I saw. overcharged for what you get.

We really enjoyed our stay at Henann Crystal Boracay, we’ve stayed here many times, the check in process was great and special mention to Rheanna at the front desk, very knowledgeable and helpful, she remembers us from couple months ago that we checked in. Breakfast selections are great, our beach front view room was clean and spacious. All the staff were very attentive and helpful, definitely will be staying again at Henann Crystal Sands Boracay.
