A Memorable Stay at Henann Crystal, Boracay! Henann Crystal Hotel is a wonderful place to stay and unwind in Boracay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning infinity pool and a bar that makes the whole experience even better. The rooms are spotless, and the beds are super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. If you're looking for a place with great service, a beautiful setting, and amazing people, Henann Crystal is the one. Highly recommended!

Boracay Getaway

We stayed at the Henann Crystal Sands Resort for 3 nights in Aug 2025 and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was beach fronting with close proximity to D'Mall and entertainment spots. We had direct access to the pool and rooftop infinity pool which was a good option for a dip when the beach water gets rough.

I will start by saying that the welcome was a little tough with us being told as we came in so early that out would be a priority and they would get us the first room ready after cleaning. Well the did not happen and we spent 5.5 hours waiting for it including the 1.5 hours waiting for UV inspection weird!... That being said the rest of the staff / hotel/ back of the house were amazing . Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Their rooftop pool and the staff up there were awesome and their drinks amazing . Breakfast was good even though we went five days no yogurt and no gronola. Need that every morning...Needed a little more variety for the non local clientele would be nice.Otherwise again staff amazing and they all did their best. I recommend booking island hopping from hotel it was worth it. Again definitely would come back

Overall stay was good. Not exceptional but not bad. Can be a bit noisy at times. Cleanliness could be a bit better. WiFi is terribly slow. Staff and service was great though.
