The room was great, it was neat and clean, comfortable, the staff was kind, helpful and friendly. I did unfortunately experience a rather loud wedding party Saturday night and could not sleep because of it but the staff was kind and understanding and tried their best to help and eventually changed my room which wasn’t fun at 12:30am but I appreciated that they seemed as disappointed that the group hadn’t quieted down as I was. If you’re in a big group in a hotel, be mindful of the other guests and don’t go in out of multiple rooms talking loudly past 10pm, or let your kids run up and down the halls. The staff has enough work to do without having to monitor guests behavior.

We love this hotel, and stay quite often, however this trip the bathroom was in terrible shape, ceiling peeling, tub was dirty on the floor (stained) and the walk in shower didn’t drain and water was everywhere.

No free breakfast. Had to wait for the two employees (one of whom was eating her lunch at the desk) to finish their discussion before we were acknowledged. Shade was inoperable. No hand soap. When I asked about my Hilton Honors, I was told, “ well I could out in in but since you booked through a third party , it wouldn’t do anything anyway”. Upon getting to the room I discovered we couldn’t access the WiFi w/o logging into Hilton Rewards or signing up for it. Heater very loud when it clicked on. While it was clean, quiet and had a decent bed, it was the least welcoming place ever, except for the housekeeper we passed on the way out. She smiled, gave us a good morning and wished us a good day. The desk staff could learn from her.

Whoever was working then afternoon shift, a black lady in the p.m. shift on the 11th. She was so patient and so helpful and friendly and directed me. I would like to say that you really need to take better care of your pool water it is very cloudy. I did not go in it.

Room was lovely as always. Front desk staff was nice, doesn’t go the extra mile when you a repeat guest. Cuts you off mid sentence, doesnt welcome you with a run down of hotel amenities. Breakfast was very good! Server didnt take the time to listen to my question, merely repeating herself. Weight room is very spacious with an array of machines. Scale and water dispenser both not working.

Very bare bones for a Hilton property. I asked for a more firm pillow but the evening staff did not have any. The pillows in the room were much too soft too support anyone’s head, even doubled. More coffee k-Cup’s would have been nice. And more bottled water as well.
