Pool only, no hot tub. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Very convenient to downtown Portland.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Suites in Randolph, Massachusetts, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. The facility itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which truly enhanced our overall experience. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a welcoming environment for its guests. One of the best aspects of our stay was the value for money; we couldn’t have asked for more within our budget. The amenities were excellent, and we felt we received top-notch service without breaking the bank. Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Suites in Randolph for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. We can’t wait to come back.

The room was immaculate, the staff tremendous and understanding. Everyone was super cool and when I had a question regarding the room, the staff member who signed me into room 225 was clear, understanding, and very welcoming. The staff member who helped me with my snacks was also a really awesome guy. The next time I am in this area I am immediately booking this hotel again. 10/10 stars would recommend

My only complaint is thin walls and floors are not sound proof! I was awaken by foot stomps on the floor above me and banging on doors!! Some front desk people need to work on their friendliness
