We stayed over the weekend and were quite happy with our room on the 17th floor. We had a lovely view overlooking Southbank. Our only comment is that the sofa chair near the front door appeared a bit dirty, as if there were water marks or stains on it. Also, on Saturday night, we could hear loud music coming from the Irish pub below. Parking was safe and convenient—we left our car for 24 hours with easy access in and out. Thank you to the staff for the great service and hospitality.Rosanna and Tim 😊🙏

I had no trouble logging into the internet. I had no problems requesting for more towels. I had a beautiful clean room, and it was cleaned every day whilst I stayed here. I liked the fact it was so central to transport, major events and shopping strip. I would definitely come again.

Such a nice location to stay in! Very accessible to shops, plenty of food options and public transport around us. Our room was cleaned daily and there were plenty of ammenities that kept us stocked up. Room was spacious too and had more than enough space to hold our luggage and acquired shopping. The breakfast buffet had such a variety of options for everyone and was replenished frequently. Check in process was smooth and staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Brisbane again!
