Lovely public areas, spa is just a steam room, Sauna and deck chairs. Booked a luxury/deluxe room but very small, no where to put cases, No chair/ chairs as expected, old wooden wardrobe, window overlooking car Park. Disappointed. Had to pay extra for a larger room just for some space.

Breakfast has a good variety of food & drinks. Room is a good size and the bed is very comfy. No restaurant on-site for other meal periods, however, is very close to the main square with all other restaurants. SPA is a nice addition to the hotel, if you can extend the opening hour will be even better.

Super staff but poor room

Dark room out in the annexe. With outside door that was permanently open due to fault. Fumes and noise from parked cars coming into corridor. Reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast also very good.

Fantastic hotel conveniently located near the historic centre of Bruges. Beautiful large room with very high ceiling and windows that you can open also coffee, tea in the room. It was clean and quiet...we stayed 4 days and the only min was the rain.
