Everything was perfect, personnel really good and all the service met our hopes / demands. Of course we hoped that also streets and places around hotel would have been clean but this is not hotel’s responsibility. Bucarest does not meet yet ”western” standard but let’s see in the future what will be happened.

We were very happy at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant. The room was very nice especially the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts every day. The hotel was not too far from the centre and there were nice restaurants nearby. A suggestion would be to have more coat hangers for clothes and some drawers but that is very minor and we managed fine for 4 days. We would certainly stay again.

Rooms , food cannot be faulted with the exception of 2 minor things . Firstly being someone who hates gadgets would of liked a kettle and not a contraption I could not fathom out . Second minor thing would have liked milk in the room if I was able to sort that thing out . I don't for a moment the staff would have minded if I had asked for it but I don't do fuss so never bothered . We did find the location a bother until we did eventually get used to it . Overall if you want a very clean hotel with excellent food you cannot go wrong . I am sure the gadget was more me because I have trouble turning the on button on anything .

I am sorry that the experience with the tea making was not the way you expected, but indeed, there are Nespresso machine that also provides hot water for tea, there are instructions in the folder in the room on how to use and also my colleagues are always happy to demonstrate how it works. Also, please keep in mind that we can provide a kettle on request and hot water from the bar on request, and also milk, it is no problem at all. I really appreciate your honest and constructive feedback and glad that we could have you over at Christina! I hope to have this opportunity again in the future when we will try to make your stay even better!

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind gross und das Bad sauber und modern. Gut gelegen im Stadtzentrum.

Gepflegtes kleines Hotel in Zentrumslage. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und ein überaus erfreuliches Frühstücksbuffet. Einziges, kleines Manko: Kein Duschvorhang im Badezimmer vorhanden. Würde dieses Hotel wieder wählen und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen .

Great hotel, close to the metro station

The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was exactly as advertised and comfortable. The hotel was close to public transportation and one metro station away from the old city center. The food, both from the breakfast buffet and the restaurant was absolutely delicious.
