The room was clean and prepared well - the bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were great. We stayed multiple days and room service was pleasant when asking for and exchanging towels. The front desk staff (for the most part) was approachable and knowledgeable, and the same for pool/dinning staff. I would recommend this hotel and definitely re-book if I was traveling to Calgary, again.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Parts of the hotel seemed a little dated but not too bad. The view was tremendous and the location to downtown was awesome.

Great location - shame about the tiny room!

Fantastic location and awesome lobby and bar. Pool was closed which was disappointing and the room was much too small for our 4 night stay - no seating space in the room and the bathroom sink was in the sleeping area, rather than in the bathroom?
