The pool and lobby were the only parts of the hotel that felt like boutique hotel features. Great staff but basic rooms and loud air conditioner.

The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean. But I would keep your receipts if purchasing drinks at the pool. They charged me for drinks we didn’t even order to my room. And one waiter accidentally added $20 to the debit machine when I was paying, I seen it and got him to fix it before I scanned my card. Other than that, it was an awesome stay!

The room was clean and prepared well - the bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were great. We stayed multiple days and room service was pleasant when asking for and exchanging towels. The front desk staff (for the most part) was approachable and knowledgeable, and the same for pool/dinning staff. I would recommend this hotel and definitely re-book if I was traveling to Calgary, again.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Parts of the hotel seemed a little dated but not too bad. The view was tremendous and the location to downtown was awesome.
