Shower heada could use some cleaning, a few clogged jets brought the water pressure down quite a bit. Toilet paper holder is also in an awkward spot to reach while using the toilet. Otherwise amazing rooms and staff/servoce.

Hotel was really nice with balconies on some rooms which is awesome, close to downtown and had really good dining options in the hotel and close by, the pool was super awesome and you could order food and drinks from the lounge to the pool area which was super convenient! Would definitely stay here again when in Calgary without a doubt!

The Staff were very helpful and the check in and check out process was very simple. The Facility was clean, there were a couple of odd repairs completed in the bathroom, Cracked tiles had black sylicone smired on them.

Beautiful hotel with multiple dining options in and around the hotel. Walking distance to the tower. The only thing was, the booking had included the buffet breakfast yet we had a small menu given to us. I checked my email after check out and it did state that the breakfast buffet was included. Also the cheese board was disappointing as it was subpar. The service was excellent though. Thank yoj.
