Charming Inn with blend of Retro and vintage style. Loved the rocking chairs on several tiers of porches. Delicious breakfast served buffet style. Easy walk to town. Staff is friendly and efficient. Many rooms available but did not feel crowded.

We stayed at the Whitehall for a quick overnight getaway. It's a beautiful old inn that has fun, modern design. Our room was spacious. They made the most of a small bathroom. Staff was excellent -- friendly, welcoming, and so helpful with info about the area and the Inn. We'd stay there again on our next trip to Camden.

Loved the updated, eclectic yet authentically vintage vibe. Decor was cool, staff were wonderful. Excellent location walkable to all destinations in Camden, but just far enough to feel peaceful and quiet.

The property is a throwback to older times, but all the new amenities as well. Our room and bath were small, as expected. The included breakfast was a nice upgrade from the normal powdered eggs, waffles and cereal.

Paula was great. The place is old but very nice, clean and the furnishings are definitely worth a look. It is close enough to walk to all stores and restaurants but you feel like you are in the country. Bed comfortable and the nicest sheets I’ve ever slept in. Sorry we weren’t staying longer

The staff was polite and lovely. The decore was very beautiful, cozy and clean. The gas fire in the outside sitting area was so beautiful and inviting. The city was very calm and peaceful! I had to leave early, am not sure about the breakfast as I did not get a chance to try. Thank you! Great job!

Disappointing in Camden

A classic, historic Maine Inn with up to date interior design elements. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good location and convenient to Camden restaurants, shops and waterfront. Staff & atmosphere could be more inviting and welcoming. It felt like you were walking into a library no matter what time of day. Breakfast was mediocre with a poor selection and no afternoon cookies (as mentioned in previous reviews). A noisy location on main road. No smart TV, hairdryer or coffee in rooms. Poor security with main doors always unlocked and no 24 hour staff presence. Overall rating is a 4!
