Clean room, we had requested a baby crib and they helped us get one in the room, the transport shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is great since some supposed taxis are asking ridiculous prices, we had forgotten our baby stroller and they keep it safe until we could return to pick it up. In general great service, I highly recommend them.

Dinner menu and service were excellent. Rooms were clean. The free shuttle to the airport was unpredictable. We were told by two different staff that shuttle reservations are not available. We could stand in line, and hope for the best every 30 minutes. The shuttle, which has a maximum capacity of 10 people and serves two hotels (ours is the 2nd stop) would take us only if room was available. We were left out of the 8:30am shuttle, waited 30 mins and got on the 9am. Had we missed it, there’s Uber serivce available for about $20 to the airport.
