We loved this resort. The staff are kind and helpful, the resort is beautiful and the food was great. Although the kids splash area could be better, the main pool and jacuzzi was amazing, warm, good size, with gorgeous ocean views everywhere.

For dinner reservations, guests are asked about their dietary restrictions. Also when you go into the restaurant, they ask about dietary restrictions. But at the table, the server or chef have no clue about it. When you explain they don’t know what to do. We had to leave the Italian restaurant without anything to eat. It was the worst experience ever. The servers and chefs seem to have no idea what vegetarian options can possibly be.

Reading the reviews I thought this would be a great fit to go with kids. But was disappointed, there is nothing for kids not even a park, there is a water splash area not one kid was ever there even when I went, splash is so aggressive I got scared didn’t go back to it. Also it’s very corporate, they had event after event. It didn’t feel like a warm welcoming vacation hotel.. Food/dining - only restaurants no buffet- Transportation- there was none, we had to get a private service. Getting in touch with the hotel prior to our trip to sort it all out was a crazy challenge! Beach- it’s so small there isn’t much beach space it’s one row of beach beds.. Overall I didn’t like this hotel for a family trip at all, wouldn’t recommend it.

This was our second time here...we also spend 10 days during Christmas. And we will definitely come back 3rd time...We loved the staff everyone was so helpful and kind...to our big surprise when we dine in Toscann restaurant hostes Angelica remember our Son name he is 6 and this made him feel very very special...excellent staff,especially Angelica Rodriguez, Susana Zenteno and Jesus Diaz.. And can not forget the Carlos and Gustavo who welcome us every day with smile and helped us with everything...especially because those ppl we will be back again soon .
