My mom and I went for a week getaway and everything was absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend for all ages. The food was spectacular at all restaurants - I wish I had a whole more week to try other menu items. The staff was the absolute best and the whole experience was stellar!! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic staff , the Japanese restaurant was definitely the best and the Mexican style breakfast and staff were the best . The room was great - just didn’t like the constant loud music at the pool and the fat shitless Americans at the buffet . They should at least enforce a shirt rule when eating

Second stay and no disappointment. We traveled to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. Last year it was 5 of us, this year 17. We returned because the food and the service was exceptional. It was nice to see that Leonardo from Casa Madre remembered us. Ask for him when you go, he’s so nice & helpful. Adro in Entertainment is amazing, he’s so fun & energetic. Sebastian at the pool bar makes great drinks. Everyone that works there is so professional and nice. The food was absolutely delicious we had no complaints. The service was great, I can’t wait to return.

Shouts to Estefanie and Pablo poolside for an excellent service. Also to the girls from champions! The animation was tops (events, as well as poolside animation)! If you want late night parties this is not the Hotel for you. However, I loved it because I was able to enjoy a good pool and beach day, delicious food and be in bed by midnight, allowing me you enjoy the next day to the fullest. However, I wished sports bar would have stayed open later than 11:30 specially on the weekends when the bar is full. I had a great time.

Second time staying at this property and it’s absolutely amazing! Adrian at Casa Madre and Estefani pool attended and Esteban at Casa Madre are the BEST!!! Adrian is very professional and Estefani is super friendly and funny, keeps the energy going. Esteban is very sweet and kind and is a joy to have as our server.
