Unsafe, Unclean, and Unwelcoming – Would Not Recommend I do not recommend this hotel at all. The experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The drinks were watered down, the food was nearly inedible, and the service was extremely poor. As a parent of an autistic child, I expected a more family-friendly environment, but this place was not accommodating in the least. There were no microwaves in the rooms, so I had to buy food from outside just to feed my child. One of the most serious issues was a lamp placed right next to the bed—when we touched it, we received a shock that felt like electrocution. That’s a huge safety hazard that should never be ignored. To make things worse, we practically had to clean the room ourselves. They only made the bed—no real cleaning was done. We had to ask for a broom just to sweep the floor. Lastly, the staff constantly pressured us to buy a travel package, and if you’re not a VIP guest, you’re clearly treated differently. The whole stay felt uncomfortable and stressful. I would not return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

The staff were all very friendly and spoke English. Fair warning it is a mostly local hotel but we found that fun. It is basic and not big but it definitely was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean the food was very good and we had a great time !

Overall great place to vacation we stayed for a week from Tuesday to the following Tuesday, furniture in the room was a bit dated not fancy at all but it worked , the A/C in the room was enough to cool you down but you are not able to choose the temperature you want , the lobby area needs to have better A/C it’s not comfortable to sweat while sitting in a nice environment, the food choices where good the 3 restaurants pretty yummy and the buffet was good also ,I would highly recommend this place

Would never recommend this property. I was stuck here four days wanted to go home the same day I got there. I brought my baby and did not have access to water bottles only water fountain available. Absolutely disgusting food 2-3 days old couldn’t even bite into the corn. Front desk didn’t answer, mold in our tub, horrible drinks, kids pool was so dirty. The towels smelled so bad like mold.

The staff was great. The resort was in good condition. The location was nice with the mall accross the street. A slight smell of mildew in the lobby but not awful. The buffet food was not very good. Three restaurants on property were not very good. The snack bar was probably the best food that we had and it was pretty much just burgers and nachos. The mixed drinks were made with cheap ingredients. The beach however was amazing. The entertainment and events were a lot of fun. We loved that the adult pool was never too crowded. The beach itself was worth every penny of the stay!! I would come back and stay at this resort again for the money i paid. If your a big foodie you might want to try another place.

Booked 6 rooms here for a family holiday and found cockroaches in 3 of the rooms. Hotel is not well kept and unclean. Room size is good but bathrooms were leaking. Staff were generally unhelpful except for Carlos. Buffet food was terrible. Mexican restaurant food was average and service was good. Pools and pool area were dirty also.
