Beautiful pool with floats and pool heater for the cool days. Pool towels are provided. A completely equipped kitchen and barbeque grill. The back yard is fenced and landscaped with tropical palms giving you the privacy you desire. Comcast high speed internet, cable, Blu-ray player and smart TV's for work, fun or movie time. We visit multiple times per year to make sure our guests have a nice location for their vacation! - Absolutely NO Parties -

We were down for the senior men's baseball tournament. The property was in a great location with good access to all fields. The house was great. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the lanai and watching football games in our down time .

Fantastic!

Everything about the home is great, pool and lanai made warm afternoons great. My favorite thing was all the light switches throughout the home are labeled! Pure comfort through and through. The location made eating out so convenient. Sanibel Island was an east 30 or so minutes away. We will definately be back.

Couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend Christmas in! Spent most our time on the back patio, as the weather was beautiful! House was super clean, easy to find and the hosts and property manager were super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely butiful

Only one thing wrong with this VRBO is leaving this home. The check in was great charley the property manager was very nice and great information from him. The home owners are great. They go out of there way to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. The home was spotless the pool was wonderful.we will be back to use this home and it will be a lot longer then a week next time. I 100% recommend this home!

Great Vacation Home

My husband & I , from Columbus, Ohio, picked up our 3 grandsons that live in Florida. We came down for our granddaughter’s wedding. We all enjoyed our time at this great home. As our 14 year old grandson said, this place has every thing you need They enjoyed the pool and bikes. We did alot of cooking. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with. (Even had spices). Beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this home. We were very pleased.

Great house, would book again!

Really great property. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are comfy and the house as a whole is very well stocked. Really loved the pool! Lots of pool toys for kids and beach stuff available for the family. It’s a pretty short drive to sanibel or fort myers. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Paradise in Cape Coral

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Cape Coral. We have rented many years in Cape Coral and this was our favorite. The owners and the manager are great to work with. The home is very warm and cozy. It feels like home away from home. Great walking in a very friendly neighborhood. Even though you are in a busy area you feel safe and among friendly people. The pool is secluded in trees, but very sunny and warm. The house is immaculate and very well stocked for all of your needs! We had a perfect stay! We loved it so much we're coming back next year! Thanks to the kind owners.
