I think they need to step the breakfast. I was limited and the food was average, but the eggs were very poorly prepared. They were like large curd cottage cheese. If anything, you need to work on breakfast and add some more options.

After having a terrible experience at a previous hotel, we booked the Hyatt, and were welcomed with the most friendly of staff. The entire hotel was incredibly clean and spacious with high end amenities. If we are back in Charlotte we’ll stay here. Even the good morning greetings were so welcomed! Highly recommend.

Nice!

Was in town for an overnight stay in Charlotte and this property was better than I expected. It is a nice hotel with clean rooms and a good location. Would definitely stay again.
