My mom and I stayed here for two nights visiting my son at UNC Charlotte. The beds were super comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here next time when I’m in the area.

I wasn’t too impressed of the hotel for the price. The door on the shower wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t open it. We had a king size bed and the pillows were so tiny. Staff was all friendly but just not worth the price

They falsely charged me for breakfast and now I’m having to fight for a refund. I have called the hotel only to be told to call back at inconvenient times. I can’t get anyone with authority to refund me for breakfast I was told was included in the price but after seeing the brown bananas and fruit flies, we left and went to Starbucks. Do not trust this Hyatt Place, typically they are ok, but not this Charlotte one….

Not a single complaint!

This was the nicest hotels I've stayed in...and I'm picky! We were in Charlotte for a concert; it was very close to the PNC. All the staff were very helpful and friendly (at check-in/out, snack bar area, and maid service. Not a single complaint!! Room was so nice and clean, beds were very comfy too.
