Tuvimos muy buena experiencia, el hotel muy bonito y el muelle espectacular. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que una noche se pusieron a hacer arreglos con taladro, lo cual fue muy incómodo para poder descansar.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable con muchísima disposición para ayudar. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento en general y el staff es muy reducido. Mejorando estas cuestiones, es un gran hotel para pasar unos días en Bacalar.

The facilities were good and the restaurant was great. I didn’t love that my room had issues, to start the bathroom looked like it wasn’t properly cleaned, it had shiny spots around the toilet that made me think it was pee from the previous guest. Also we turned on the ac and we woke up with tons of water on the floor, luckily the staff worked on it but it wasn’t the best experience. Finally, we tried using the pool as there was an issue of high winds and the pool is very very small, like 3m by 3 m. We ended up using the pool from a friend of mine that was just a bit smaller.

Fantastic stay, very clean and wonderful staff. Just outside of Bacalar which means it was nice and quiet. Loved the stay and would recommend to others.

Well, the staff are nice, but it doesn't make a difference in the rating. The hotel itself is run down. The room is pathetic, a really sad place to come back to after a day in the sun. And the bugs and bites on your feet and ankles, horrible. So we barely hung out at the hotel itself. The dock has a few wooden chairs that are so uncomfortable, there are literally 2 chairs that are made of fabric, all the others are wood and not a single cushion on site. So bring your own cushion. The bar by the dock is a joke, almost no alcohol and dirty. This place deserves 2 stars at best. It's misleading, the pictures of this place are fake, (I was catfished) not the actual resort in its current state. It's a bait and switch. But there are plenty of beach clubs nearby with nice chairs, umbrellas and good drinks. As for MBH, I would stay away at all costs.

Picturesque lagoon views

Great stay. Staff friendly, helpful & easily contactable via whatsapp. Breakfast from their hotel was delicious & was able to be served to our balcony. Room & balcony spacious with tranquil lagoon views. Kayaks, paddleboards & life jackets available to use - would recommend an early morning to do this at sunrise!
