We have family nearby and have stayed at Sunroute several times. I thought I was booking the same room type as before, but ended up in a much smaller room. Otherwise nice basic hotel.

Very clean, good location to stay if you are heading to Narita Airport, About an hour train ride into central tokyo, but many options via train to get there. Definitely would stay here again!
