young man at the front desk didn't even bother to greet me as he was busy looking at his phone. Even when I was standing in front of him, he refused to acknowledge me and then he when he finally looked up he reluctantly asked with a rude tone, "name?" and then he just handed me the key to my room. No instructions. No a nice day or enjoy your stay. Turns the the room I got was right next the the elevator andwindows facing the major freeway. It had to be the noisiest room in the entire motel. Thanks for nothing buddy with an attitude. Good thing I will never be visiting this place again.

Holiday inn express was our firstbchoice every time we travel. First few stays itbwas excellent but recently, the service has changed. The Front desk are busy doing other task while keeping the gueat waiting in line. The breakfast was different and they dont refill once food is done. Thats why i give it three points only
