The room felt like I could have got it for 4 hours, 8 hours, but not all night. It was dingy and the doors look like you could just walk in. They had the nerve to charge a $50 deposit. What a joke. I will not be returning.

The staff did the best they could with what they had. Everyone was nice but the place was slumish. Our room door looked like it had been forcibly entered with a sledgehammer. Scarcely furnished. The staff tried. I didnt complain until now. What can you expect for $81 bucks, right?

We ended up staying with a family member after the first night. Outside of the first staff member, they were rude. The hotel didnt look like the pictures, the room was not what it appeared to be either. There was damage to it and the first room we were givrn was not cleane, and still not a the next day when they tried to put another person in it. There was beer and food still in our fridge and stains on the sheets. We will never stay here again.

People who were kicked out of the motel were outside my window. The curtain was not adequate. Moved to another room, no air conditioning/heat. The window was missing right side edge of the window frame and open air was on the right. I informed the hotel manager I was not staying there and the manager said to call Hotel.com and to inform them the room was cancelled. If this is not handled correctly, I will not use Hotel.com ever again. I also have another claim right after this on.

My stay at Days Inn Cincinnati North was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean: it had a strong odor, stained bedding and pillows, sticky floors, hair in the shower, and dirty towels (fortunately I had brought my own). There were fruit flies, a cracked window, and a dented door. The Wi-Fi did not work, and there was no breakfast. I did not return for the second night and stayed elsewhere. I understand this is a budget property and do not expect luxury, but basic cleanliness and functional amenities should be provided. This stay was far below expectations and unsafe for rest. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

At checkin the person didnt give us a smoking room we had to correct them and wait another 20 mins for it to be changed. Some doors had smashed windows.

Parking lot was sketchy. There was a guy that appeared to be living in his car and it appeared he was dealing drug or something else nefarious cause he would get into other cars leave then come back till the next car showed up. The toilet squealed ever time you flush . The building had a lingering odor of marijuana. Half a roll of toilet paper in the room. No toiletries.no microwave or coffee maker in the room. The sheet was ill fitting it kept coming off. Three pillows for a king bed .The air conditioner was the only that worked good . You could see screw holes all over the door frame from multiple lock moved and replaced. There wasn't one on at the time of our visit just the deadbolt. Staff was adequate. Not very friendly not rude just there... Overall I would give the hotel 1.5 stars at best .. not worth the money.

Do not recommend.

Got there and they didn’t have our room available because they said they were dirty. Then they give us another room no big deal. Well, it was supposed to be non smoking and the entire hallway and our room smelled like straight weed. So bad it gave you a headache. The room was dirty. There were holes in the walls. The shower leaked everywhere. There was a rubber glove “sealing” the shower head. The window was held in by a small piece of wood. The lobby looks nothing like the pictures they show on here. It was rough. There is no breakfast. The was using the bathroom and a mouse ran across my foot!! Someone was trying to get in our room but I had the dead bolt locked. The staff on duty was okay but they definitely were not worried about helping you at all with the issues. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here especially if you have children. I took video of the room when we got there and when we left so they couldn’t say we did any of the damage and keep my deposit.

You charge an undisclosed deposit for a room After we already had the room paid for through 3rd party plan. We had no money for this deposit and couldn't keep our reservations and had to make a 3 hour drive home at 2a. This deposit was not mentioned in any communications during reservation process nor on the Days Inn website. This is an absolute ripoff. Would 100% Not recommend
