Everything was great other than all the elevators being out of order in the garage attached to the Hampton. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal but we were traveling with our younger children this trip and with luggage and strollers the stairs just were not an option. We ended up parking across the street at 600 Vine and had a good experience there other than having to lug everything across Vine St to get back and forth to the hotel.

The room we were in was not getting much heat. We called front desk and they gave us another room. Unfortunately, the new room had the same problem. When we checked out, the woman at front desk said there were many complaints of no heat. But took nothing off our bill.

Although the parking was rather expensive the location was great. Walking distance to Great America and the complimentary breakfast was good. If i could recommend anything the building is old and could use updating and in that update put in a pool.
