The room was not clean at all. Dry crusted food in the microwave, stained towels that looked used, used bar of soap in the tub, sticky spot on the bathroom floor that had collected dust and dirt, stain on a pillow, didn’t look swept at all and we even came across a small dubia cockroach in the bathroom. When I went to complain, someone was already doing the same and when she walked away the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes right in front of me.

I walked in the room. It was filthy dirty. Someone had slept in the bed. It was disheveled. The linens were dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke and it’s a non-smoking room. The window was wide open. There was cockroaches on the headboard and on the wall I turned around and left as soon right after I walked in. I did not stay here.

My plane got diverted from Chicago and I landed close to midnight in Cleveland. I just wanted a room for the night and in Hotels.com app I could not see the check in hours, I really looked, but assumed the closest AirPort hotel would be opened 24 hours. But no. I booked after midnight and directly saw that you had to check in before 10 pm. So I had to book another hotel. I have tried contacting the hotel through the hotels.com app (which always worked with other hotels) and email for a reimburcement. But no response whatsoever. Total silence.
