Great find!

This is a spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the beach. Only a 5 minute walk to the pier but the beach is not too busy or traffic-heavy.The pictures do not do this place justice! There was a ton of space for my 5 kids, my wife, and myself. Also, not included in the description or pictures but there are beach items, accessories, and some toys included at the rental: multiple chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and other items to make the day at the beach more enjoyable.The view from the balcony of the ocean and pool area is great.The owner and managers of the property were very attentive and easy to communicate with.Would stay again if in the Cocoa Beach area.

Wonderful Location

We loved the location of this property. Plenty of things close by to keep you entertained. The condo's beach access walkway was new and one of the nicest ones we have used. The owners were really nice as the called on our first full day there to ensure we were settled in and happy with the accommodation. When we notified them of a broken patio chair, they immediately had someone responded to the property to pick it up for repair. Everyone in our party had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This condo was everything and more! It was spotless with absolutely everything we need and more. We’ve never stayed anywhere with such an abundance of towels and supplies. We have stayed at the Cocoa Beach club for many years for spring break. This year was no exception. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The beach is right there and lots of things to do with lots of restaurants in the area.

Our condo was wonderful! Very spacious, clean and so cute! The complex was clean. We Could see the pool and the ocean. We got to see a space launch, too. If you are going to Coco Beach...I would recommend staying here!

The property was beautiful! The condo was just as it looked in the pictures and we had tons of room. The pool was huge and was a big hit with my 8 year old.
