Nice resort, great choice of pools, but the resort is older and needs some love, we had a broken window which we couldn't close, it was ok during April, but cooler months might be less comfortable.

Comfortable accommodation in an old golf resort that is still well maintained and slowly being updated. The par 3 golf course has some interesting challenges. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The car park was full but one of the staff offered to move their car which was lovely. Unfortunately there was a leak on the bathroom floor which we noticed immediately.on entering. Staff were very responsive but couldn’t find the source of the leak but provided bath floor mats. Luckily it wasn’t huge.The carpet in the living area wasn’t quite big enough and was frayed at the point it met the tiles. The gardens were beautiful and extremely well maintained.

The hotel's location, excellent pool, beautiful grounds, and the surrounding natural scenery were among its advantages. However, the hotel room was very old, and the furnishings were completely outdated and worn out. The bed and sofa were extremely uncomfortable and bothersome. The sofa bed was crescent-shaped, its springs were broken, making it almost unusable and causing back pain. The hotel did not provide daily cleaning services. The room requires a complete renovation.

Beautiful property and great service received by the staff. The room was a little dated but even that would not stop me or my family from coming back! Special shout out to the bar and restaurant staff who were genuinely welcoming and hospitable!

There is NO lift for a 6 level Terrace building! It was incredibly difficult to walk up and down several flights of stairs, particularly with heavy luggage. Huge issue for people with mobility issues. It was also VERY confusing trying to find our room…this must be a common issue as they sent a video to assist navigating to the room. However, on finding the room it was clean and good view and a microwave which we were happy with. Undercover Parking was limited and difficult and very tight for a SUV.

Charlesworth bay has been a regular place I stay at for sports and holidays. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the facilities are great which is why I keep coming back. Communication before, during and after your stay with the property is amazing and they go above and beyond. Only downside is there is limited parking

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my wifi and cold water tap in the shower. The maintenance man came straight away and solved both problems. The outlook from my room was lovely. The only downside is the bathroom floor tiles. They are cracked all around the toilet area and look very unsightly. They need upgrading - it makes the unit look dated.

Excellent place.

Amy and Kendrick were super helpful accommodating us on our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and felt like luxury. We had a great stay there. A car would be recommended or taxis into town. The beach is a very short walk and is lovely.
