Excellent hotel reminded me a bit of my favourite hotel in all the world “ the Disney port orleans riverside in Orlando Florida”. Friendly reception friendly bar staff. Would highly recommend!!

Located in a quiet area 5 minutes drive north of Coffs. Quiet with beautiful grounds and easy access to beach and several pools. Our room was a little dated but had a lovely big balcony and was a good size. Would definitely stay again.

The tap handle kept falling off in the shower. Many chips in the tiles previous to our visit. Lounge was peeling and getting caught on our clothes and the floor. Bedhead not secured causing banging in our unit and the one above I assume every time either party moved during the night! Balcony area dirty, weeds over growing ant nest on tiles bird droppings! Yuck! Air conditioner unit not level at an angle. Mat out on balcony thread bear ratty unpleasant! I have photos if you’d like them forwarded! As the previous owners of holiday let’s we understand the need to get feedback unfortunately ours is not great. Love the resort love the area have stayed previously however very disappointed on this visit. Room 4401 not up to scratch! I’d like this forwarded to management if possible!

Absolutely an amazing resort with so much to do we didn’t have to leave. It was our first visit and we will be back. We went from staying 3 nights to extending to 5 nights and offered a 6th. We would have stayed but I had grandchildren to get home too that I had to care for that day. The room itself had everything we needed. A lick of paint would freshen it up but didn’t bother us. Furniture was modern and made the apartment feel up to date. We will be definitely back as it’s only a 4 hour drive for us. The restaurant on site was amazing for dinner as was the Sunday afternoon live music. We enjoyed our daily walk to get coffee (which was so good) at the golf hut and then spend a few hours in the pool followed a few bevies to top the afternoon off. All the staff were so warm and friendly especially at the golf hut and in the office at Charlesworth. Staff at Pacific Bay resort were helpful when we were a little lost when we initially arrived. The grounds of the resort are impeccable and all the water dragons were lovely to watch and take photos of. Thanks so much Brian and Rachael

We enjoyed our stay at this Resort. Price is reasonable. Good location, close to Big Banana fun park for the kids. Lovely manicured grounds. Great looking Golf course, 3 swimming pools to choose from. Walking distance to the beach. Nice bar restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and clean. WIFI didn’t work in our room but that’s not a big issue if you are here to relax. Would stay here again
