Parking was too far away from the property - hard for a late night check in to get bags upstairs. Neighbours tv was so noisy it was like it was on in our room. We couldn’t move rooms as they wanted to charge us $60 cleaning fee (we’d only just walked in). Restaurant super expensive. It just didn’t have a nice friendly vibe felt very concrete jungle. Wasn’t anything WRONG but just wasn’t great - wouldn’t stay again.

Our room was very old and tired looking. Cockroaches overnight and the curtains we filthy, internet didn't work the whole time and we stayed 4 nights and nobody to come empty the garbage or freshen up the room and we were told that we would have to pay extra for that. The pool was nice but not heated. The bed was uncomfortable

We paid extra for an ocean view, but it should have been advertised as a distant ocean glimpse. And we weren’t told that to get the ‘ocean view’ we would need to lug our baggage up 2 flights of stairs to the 5th floor because there were no elevators in the building. We went to the restaurant on the first evening. It had little to no atmosphere and the menu and food was pretty average. While the mattress on the queen bed wasn’t uncomfortable, it had seen better days, and the room was light and bright - too light at night with only vertical blinds that did little to shut out the hallway lights.

Comfortable accommodation in an old golf resort that is still well maintained and slowly being updated. The par 3 golf course has some interesting challenges. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The car park was full but one of the staff offered to move their car which was lovely. Unfortunately there was a leak on the bathroom floor which we noticed immediately.on entering. Staff were very responsive but couldn’t find the source of the leak but provided bath floor mats. Luckily it wasn’t huge.The carpet in the living area wasn’t quite big enough and was frayed at the point it met the tiles. The gardens were beautiful and extremely well maintained.

The hotel's location, excellent pool, beautiful grounds, and the surrounding natural scenery were among its advantages. However, the hotel room was very old, and the furnishings were completely outdated and worn out. The bed and sofa were extremely uncomfortable and bothersome. The sofa bed was crescent-shaped, its springs were broken, making it almost unusable and causing back pain. The hotel did not provide daily cleaning services. The room requires a complete renovation.
