I try to cancel on the phone and Internet and call the phone number. It tells you what to do if you want to cancel your stay no body answer it keep going to voice mail. I did it for St. Louis , but it gave me the address at 45 Ludwig Fairview heights, Illinois which was 24 miles from St. Louis. Hotel was awful, customer service poor. The Man understand the conversation: I told him I want to stay 1 night and cancel the other night. He said I had to stay both night. I stayed 1 night and left the next morning. The room was not clean, smell like musty, smoke and a dog, shower curtain was dirty, shower was broke, was in the shower was too hot. The sink water was cold. I had to buy cleaning supplies to stay the 1 night. I complained to the manager. I didn't stay on Thursday and did not stay on Friday June 6. I told the to cancel my stay, but Management said you can't. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay or use their card . I am still trying to get my money back from the debit card.

Very dirty rooms. Lights didn’t work. “Clean” room had dead bugs, dirty everywhere and clumps of ear wax all over the bathroom. Gross!!

I’ve stayed at Super 8 lost of times in the past but they have never looked and smell like this one it wasn’t clean the wall comers were dirty,towels were not clean saw ants this was a terrible visit. If it was possible I would ask for my money back

I had to stay here because im in am emergency situation and it is the cheapest in the area...for a reason. I've been in at least 3 different rooms there and they were all disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy and there were broken items in the room, not vauumed properly, with sticky substances on the carpets. The curtains were gross. The staff is awful and breakfast was removed before their posted hours. They have no compassion for customers. They have coin machines and dont keep change for customers. I was told I couldn't have early check-in after the night before a man said I was able to. The greasy girl canceled my reservation and made me late for work and I had to pay way more to my Lyft because she kept arguing. I blame her for the truth of the hotel. It was a dirty as her hair.

Never again

When entering the lobby it smelled so bad of Weed (pot), i though it was growing in the hotel. Had to open the window to air the room out, plus had to leave it opened all night. Bathroom door was very dirty. Unless you wanna contact buzz i do not recommend staying here.
