The driveway can accommodate 4 cars very comfortably. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen television and french doors that lead you out to a private deck. The master bedroom has a cozy King-Sized bed with beautiful views of Cheyenne Mountain while the Queen bedroom features a great view of the city lights in the evening or the sunrise in the morning. The large bathroom features heated floors, large vanity, and plenty of room for a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the utensils and cookware you would need for a home-cooked meal. Additionally, you will have a good selection of spices and complimentary coffee and tea. Not into cooking? Ivywild Brewery is within walking distance, and this home is only 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs. The utility room offers a full-size washer and dryer. Owner supplies laundry soap, fabric sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
