I chose this hotel by searching for a hotel with an airport shuttle. The hotel advertises a 24/7 shuttle; however, when I arrived at the front desk to check the shuttle schedule, I was told that there is no shuttle on weekends. Very disappointing.

The clerk gave me hell checking in Demanded a credit card !!!! I had already paid Expedia for the room Room mirrors were dirty & streaked The room telephone did NOT work! No fan in the bathroom The room had 2 TVs but only “1” remote control!!! Do NOT stay at this IHG!!! I’ve been a PLATINUM IHG member for over 30 years —showed my IHG card & still was a hellish check in! I will NEVER STAY at the HOLIDAY INN ever again!
