When i arrived to check in they did not have the room i paud for. The clerk at the front trued to give me a smaller bed. I told him i want what i paid for being that a queen was cheaper. They tried to reimburse me but then put me in another guests room who had not arrived yet. Upon entering my room it smelled very musty and made my clean clothes smell as well. The room was not cleaned thoroughly floor was dirty and so was the shower. Not enough towels in bathroom. And a used toilet tissue was hung. Had to ask for more towels ajd toilet tissue. Front desk people did not have enough towels for my who stay as they were all given out to guests.

I booked a stay here. I requested a downstairs room and that i have 2 ESA dogs. Upon arrive they had me on the 2 floor and when asked about my dogs, she said they dont recognize ESA certificates so i would have to pay a pet deposit, I also was charged 100 dollars, say would be refundable after i leave, i was so upset i told her i wanted a refund, i was not going to stay there. I pointed out my request written in the notes andvshe said she did not see them. BTW i never got any money back because the refused to refund my money because i booked my trip on line. The lobby looked hood but that is all I got to see do to this interaction.

Overall ok for the price, but they didn’t have linens for the pullout couch when initially asked. (I did put in my check in notes we needed them) They did not have any extra pillows for the pullout bed which made us have to give up one of ours for the kids. No equipment for the kitchen at all. Asked for some spoons at one point and they only had plastic forks to offer. Staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. Pool was closed the whole time we were there.

We found several roaches during the 3 day stay. We found at least to 2-3 roaches in the room per day. Pretty spacious rooms. I didn’t like that I was wanting to upgrade from a one bed to a two bed but they wanted to up charge by $300. I’m usually a person who doesn’t complain but this was my first bad experience. I would give it a 5/10 experience.

Basic room, but it was inexpensive

Parking was good and the hotel was clean. Don't count on breakfast even though it is advertised. Choices were dry toast, cereal and waffle - but no syrup or anything to drink. Rooms are basic: cooktop but no pots/pans, utensils, glasses or plates. But there is a dishwasher.

Very dirty, Floors visibly gross, bathroom had baby roaches and was dirty, I mean very visible dirt and grime. One of those “ohh I ain’t sleeping tonight kind of hotels” Not recommended. Staff was nice “Breakfast” if you can call it that was LITERALLY bread, waffles (with NO syrup), Raisin Bran, and fruit loops…

Parking seemed ok. The Hotel was the nosiest Ever hotel we ever stayed. People slamming doors all hours of the nights. Made compliant to front desk about the family above our room. Children jumping & moving furniture this went on through the all hours of the night. Seemed parents werent present or just didnt care about others in the hotel.needless to say we didnt get much sleep. Wont recommend this hotel to the over 55.
