Stayed here three times in last 12 months most recently with wife and daughter. Great location on the beach and wonderful staff. Walkable to all that’s needed. Hotel undergoing some updates, and new flooring looks great. The rooms are large and almost all have some view of the water.

The place is a dump. Would not even touch the furniture. The cabinets were screwed shut and plywood boarded over. Had to pay to park and no breakfast. You had to stand in AC drain water on the balcony. For the money we paid, it is a real dump
