The positive: The staff was absolutely amazing! Front desk was very kind and helpful and the maids made us laugh and smile. Good location, close to the beach & restaurants. Has a hot tub out back which is a nice plus. The negative: The room itself had no toilet paper holder so it was just laying on the sink, a few dirty towels and dried blood on one of the beds sheets. Coffee tasted old and breakfast area was a mess. The pool is ice cold even for Florida, instead of being heated. Pool chairs have rips so couldn’t lay comfortably

I'll go back 4 sho'. Not a lipstick on a pig property but recently updated i think and it looks good, but noticeable. Little things like paint, holes in desk chair, new plastic floors (laminate not wood veneer, dimished appeal. Bed awesome and ac blows cold. 8.0 in my book. I'd go again.
