Front desk staff exceptionally rude, specifically over night large woman. We checked in after 10, our tv didn't work and it was so difficult for her to help us find a room where the tv worked. We were complete inconveniences. The next morning the desk woman wasn't much nicer but she did send a maintenance man up to help. We had mold in our shower and the wifi didn't work well at all.

We just got here, so there's not a lot to say yet. OK, here's an update. The room was clean, but there was an oder present. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The building and rooms seem to be showing their age. The price was low enough that it was still a decent value for a one night stay near the airport. I could stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The same breakfast was served all 3 mornings. Also, I have no idea why they call themselves suites. We had a bunch of cabinets with no utensil, plates, paper towel yet we had a small sink, fridge and microwave. The hotel is very clean though which I loved.
