I was worried about reviews but was really blown away once we arrived. Room was so clean and comfortable! Every room has a balcony view. You can avoid daily 15$ parking by parking outside of the hotel gate- not far at all. Staff was SO helpful with my many questions >_< lovely pool and gym. Wouldnt recommend breakfast, it was a lot of money for what would normally be free at other hotels. Odd. Otherwise this place was wonderful.

Older hotel

When you first walk in, the hotel is amazing. Front desk staff was nice and efficient. $15/night for parking seems a bit excessive. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was warm at best, like a bath. The room was decent, beds were comfortable enough. The thermostat on the wall never went below 72 despite having it set to 65. Wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom and the water pressure left a lot to be desired. Breakfast price was steep for a buffet, but kids eat free so that was a huge plus. It’s not a bad hotel, it does feel old though. Get the job done for our trip so I can’t complain!

This is not a comfortable hotel to stay at. Design of the building is inconvenient. Most Holiday Inns include free breakfast. This one you have to pay15$ for the same thing they serve on the continental breakfast that are free.

Not a Holiday Inn standard

Not to holiday in standards beds were hard, mold in the bathroom and all repairs were cheap and very apparent between wallpaper not lined up just slapped on over holes to a wash cloth in the light!!! It was very run down and old.

The hotel was fine. The beer machine in the lobby looked like fun but was always broken. Our first room smelled badly of cigarette smoke but they moved us. The TV was not smart and was awful to use and the WiFi was unusable. They did give us a late checkout which was nice. The restaurant breakfast looked like a continental breakfast and was $15 each which I thought was ridiculous. Otherwise it was good enough.

Genuinely bad.

Absolutely would not recommend. The room was dirty—stains on the carpet and bedding, garbage left from the last guest, and even a pube in the shower. The whole place reeked of pot. The hot tub, which was the reason we booked, was broken. Showers had barely any pressure and no real hot water—just lukewarm. The fire alarm went off around 9pm due to flooding from rain in another room, and we had to wait 20–30 minutes for the fire department to clear it. Parking was a nightmare: overpriced, full of deep holes and dips, and I was nearly double-charged. When I asked the front desk about it, the staff was rude and unhelpful. To top it off, after already paying through Hotels.com and seeing a charge come out of my account, I was told I still owed $600 and was brushed off with, “Expedia does that sometimes.” The rooms were much smaller than pictured and not clean. Terrible experience all around.

Expedia tells you breakfast is free at Holiday Inn, and then you find out that it's ten dollars and the Holiday Inn clerk says, "We called Expedia and told them to take this off their website, but they haven't done it yet." This is false advertising that is, of course, gainful to both Holiday Inn and Expedia, but the customer is expected to pay and bear the brunt of their false advertising. No apology nor recompense was offered to me. Carpets in the room are dirty and need shampooed.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Hotel was disappointing for being a holidy inn. The shower had one water setting and it was quite warm, same goes for the sink and the toilet also had warm water causing bad odors. The vent in the restroom did not work. The beds are hard. The air conditioner is a wall unit that is not enougt for the room and if you are in the second bed the air conditioner hits you dead in the face. There were no bags in the trashcans and there was no extra toilet paper. They also do not advise you of the $15 per night per vehcile parking fee.
