Good value in a good location

Great location near the convention center and lots of restaurants. Friendly staff and clean rooms. It was especially nice with a microwave and fridge in the room.

Not what I expected

The hotel is a shared space with another hotel. After flying several hours and a 30 minute drive from the airport, we were STRONGLY disappointed that our room with a view of the mountains and king size bed had been given away. The only option was for a room with 2 queen size beds and city view. Another thing is only 1 of the 3 doors actually worked so if you were moving around the city on foot you have to sometimes take the long way. The one positive to this place was breakfast.

Upon arrival to our room, it was noted that many areas had not been cleaned, holes in the ceiling, walls dirty, handprints all over windows, shower dirty. They moved us to another room, and although definitely cleaner was not worth the cost of the room. Additionally, housekeeping was rude, and a maintenance worker let himself into our room without knocking. Pictures have been sent to management. Breakfast was good. Will not book here again.

Stolen property

The property was good and management was good. The issue is that I had over $300.00 of property stolen from my pickup truck handled by valet services.Valet parking management was very professional and courteous, as was the hotel management. It is the theft itself that is the issue.
