The extra space in this suite with the 2 queen beds & separate sofa area with trundle bed worked well for our family. They were very accommodating to allow early check-in since we had a baby. A couple of issues were the curtain rod was falling off on one end, and the cupboard door wouldn't shut properly. Overall, it was a positive experience & we would stay there again.

The stay was ok but definitely nothing special. Most frustrating thing was a billing issue that had me calling multiple times to try to resolve. Most times the calls simply went unanswered. Customer service from the hotel and corporate leaves a lot to be desired. We won’t stay here again.
