Spacious Condo with views of the Harbor and Gulf

Please be advised that tile is being laid in the lobby. While the tile is being installed, there will still be elevator access on the ground floor as they plan to tile 1/2 of the lobby at a time, leaving at least one elevator open at all times.

Harbor Landing is Holiday Isle's newest luxury building sitting on Destin Harbor with Private beach access for all Guests. This very sophisticated 3-bedroom Condo has been professionally designed and decorated. This designer Unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with over 2000 square feet of space. The open floor plan includes custom cabinetry in the kitchen, with granite countertops. All appliances are new and the kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee pot & blender.
There is a breakfast bar for informal dining, as well as a large, more formal dining area. The very spacious living/entertainment room has a High-Definition 50" Flat Screen TV with DVD player. Our unit also has a complete laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, which opens to the very large balcony, with fantastic views of the Harbor and Gulf. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom for your enjoyment. The VIP suite has a King bed and private bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds with private bath. All beds have plush pillow-top mattresses and soft high-thread count sheets. All bedrooms have TVs, DVD players, and ceiling fans. This is not a crowded mega-condo complex; however, this has everything you desire to make your vacation unforgettable. The grounds are covered with luscious landscaping, which you will notice as soon as you drive up to the Gated property. The Beach is just a few steps away with private access. The sugar-white sand beaches are some of the most pristine in the world, and the water is a deep emerald-green. We recommend polarized sunglasses so you can enjoy the deep contrast colors that the Gulf offers.

Holiday Isle is minutes from Indian Bayou and Kelly Plantation Golf Clubs, as well as the Destin Airport. Holiday Isle's traffic is minimal, yet you are minutes away from the Area's finest restaurants. Spend your day by one of our tropical pools, take a soak in the adjacent Jacuzzi hot tub, or fish off the dock just steps from the Property. There is a full workout facility on the Property as well. There are also water taxis in the area that will pick you up right at our docks and take you anywhere on the Harbor.
