Great stay! Looks as if the hotel is being remodeled so the entrance and exterior is a bit disheveled but our 3rd floor room was very nice. The ac cooled well but made quite a bit of noise kicking on and off. The bathroom vent fan kept making a loud noise, like the wind was catching it , when turned off so we just kept it on all night. Overall a good stay - breakfast was yummy and staff was friendly.

Traveling with my sister who is confined to a wheelchair and we booked an accessible 2 queen room with a “roll in” shower. NOT the case. The shower was a walk-in shower with a full glass sliding door and a 2 inch water barrier lip upon entering - that is not roll-in. The grab bars beside the toilet were about 1 foot too short. The beds were way too tall and the room was so small she could hardly get her chair turned around. Very disappointed after traveling 8 hours.

The staff was lovely! They were so helpful with the issues we were having during our stay. It was raining heavy during our stay & the window was leaking right into the A/C, through the walls, and so on. We had to get a ton of towels to just pack in the window and on the floor - they said all rooms on that side were leaking. Other than that, the stay was fine! It just wasn’t worth the price for the room not being in working condition.

Front desk was very strange, 2 tables with a cloth stapled to it. Looked more like a sign up at a job fair. Some remodeling going on, room is nice, not super clean, sheets are stained and bathroom floor is visibly dirty.

They do have laundry services, although I did not use. I am glad I did not need the pool as it was closed down and I did NOT know that before making my reservation. Pretty decent breakfast...the coffee maker was not working but they had a traditional pot there...it's fine.
