I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. Everyone is friendly and says morning or evening which may not sound a big deal but I find it very positive and charming. My room was kept lovely and clean so a big thank you for that. A special mention to both the pascal tepper bakery where I had my breakfast and half board meals and the staff on the level 43 bar I know sometimes it can look strange being a solo traveller but they really looked after me, couldn’t do enough for me and were polite, helpful and courteous. I wish I made notes of names so I could give a shout out to some of the personally 5 stars doesn’t seem enough if I am lucky enough to end up back in Dubai I will be staying here or recommending it to friends and colleague. A huge thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service in and outside of our room was excellent. We especially enjoyed the hotel breakfast. The masala chai was a favourite of my parents. Highly recommend staying here

This is a good hotel. There are some issues worth noting, particularly for those staying here for work as I was. -There are only four small elevators and you often have to wait a long while for one. -The rooms are big but the space between them small, so that you hear your neighbors across the halls (screaming children but even a ringing phone) -The sidewalks in front of the hotel are narrow and very busy including with delivery bike riders

It was a good stay. Up-selling been done but it was alright as upgraded to Suit room. Early checkin allow us to rest a little after a long flight. Overall, it was a nice stay right in the business district.

Great location near Financial Centre Metro. The rooms on the front have a view of Burj Khalifa. The rooftop bar is really an excellent place to be at sunset. Fantastic service from all the staff. Only 20 minutes from the airport too. Only downside is a bit of traffic noise from nearby Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s main highway.
