Beautiful hotel and in a great location. Only a few issues. We had to keep reminding room service to take and put certain items, such as putting in more tea bags. Also, I think the staff could have been more helpful and friendly during breakfast. We felt quite ignored and went we asked for a specific tea - ginger/lemon tea, I think there was a misunderstanding because we got English tea with bits of ginger. It could be that the hotel we stayed at in Doha was so good I am applying these standards to everywhere else, but for what you pay for this hotel, the service really could have been better.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we’ve had in Dubai. We booked the property solely for its prime location, but what we encountered was unacceptable. The restaurant and club noise was relentless — even from the 48th floor, the music from the ground floor pounded through the night. Despite repeated complaints and being shifted to different rooms, nothing changed. The noise persisted every single night, well past midnight. What was truly disappointing was the receptionist’s dismissive attitude. It was clear she was fully aware of this ongoing issue and simply chose not to address it. This kind of indifference towards guests is unacceptable and completely unworthy of any property claiming to offer a premium experience.
