Had a horrible experience with this hotel. We drove 13 hours from Georgia to attend a wedding for my brother chose to stay at this hotel because if the close proximity to everything. We checked in and went to a rehearsal dinner and when we came back and got ready for bed, we noticed that the bathroom sink was not. It was draining slowly. Contacted the front desk and they said they would have a maintenance man come tomorrow and everything is fine Then around midnight as the room above a showered, our sink began to overflow us up from sleep. we contacted the front desk and the guy offered us a room that was not adequately sized for our family so we chose just to try and switch out the next day or the next morning. It was supplied with towels for the bathroom Flooding. The next morning I’m not even his bathroom sink started overflowing again before maintenance. We talked to a lady named Lorraine was everything not helpful to us. Long story short, having an hour left for 4 people to shower change iron etc we were finally switched rooms. Having to sit and wait from 9 am to past noon. The water flowing out of the sink was dirty and Lorraine told us we could still use the shower when the floor was covered in an inch of dirty water. My girlfriend nor her daughter had ample time to do their hair and we barely made it in time for pictures. I would never return to this property!
